Once Freedom Fighters Bail Bonds in contacted by either a defendant, or an indemnitor we will contact the detention facility where the defendant is in custody and verify charges and bail. After verifying that the defendant does in fact have bail, our process begins. We will conduct an in depth interview of both the defendant and indemnitors. It is from those interviews that we evaluate our risk. First to the public safety, second to our indemnitor, and third to ourselves and our surety company. Once all the information is gathered regarding the defendant and the indemnitor the information is taken into consideration, and a decision is made.

Cash Only – If a defendant has a cash only bail bond, Freedom Fighters Bail Bonds will work with that individual’s attorney, or public defendant to get a bond modification hearing to request that the cash only bond be modified to a surety bail bond.
